Cayla McCafferty

Hi there! I’m Cayla Beth McCafferty – and I’m dedicated to all things real estate.

I am the Office Manager for Endeavor Business Brokers. I got my start in real estate in 2018 as the Director of Agent Services, where I focused my time on growing the office, training agents the right way, and helping new agents enter the real estate industry. While at my previous company, I accomplished an incredible amount of success as the face of the office and built relationships with every agent, client, and vendor who entered the office.  My job was to make them feel special; that is what I did.  I received many awards for how I performed my work but one of my most significant accomplishments was receiving the “Velocity Award” for the highest percentage growth in the company three years in a row. 

Before this role, I was a manager at Wireless Advocates, where I spent five years building, nurturing, and retaining clients for all their wireless needs. This helped me focus less on individual sales and more on the relationships I was forming with lifelong customers.  Real estate agents and business brokers also need such support and help – that’s where I come in. 

As the Office Manager, it’s my job to help you grow your business. Your business as the owners, your business as a business broker, and your business as a REALTOR®. This has been what I’ve been doing for four-plus years, and I have loved every minute of it. Now I get to do it on such a bigger scale and smarter way.

Real estate and recruiting are true passions of mine and business brokering will be very similar. When I was younger, I would talk to just about anyone. Together with my outgoing personality, these traits helped me develop my career in sales, which has led me to where I am today.
